MY SERVICES

Sex Therapy

Washington - Idaho - Online
Sexual health is a fundamental aspect of overall well-being, and it's perfectly normal to have questions and concerns in this area. My practice provides a safe and supportive space to discuss any sexual health issues or curiosities you may have. Whether you're contending with sexual dysfunction, exploring your sexual identity, or striving for a more fulfilling intimate life, I'm here to offer guidance, information, and strategies to help you achieve your goals.

Sexuality is an integral part of our lives, encompassing satisfaction with our relationships, our ability to connect intimately with ourselves and others, and our self-image and emotional health. Although we are inundated with cultural messaging about sex and relationships, most of us were not given the tools that allow us to connect to our partners or granted the space to freely explore the depths of our sexual selves. This can lead us to feel lost, lonely, or disconnected from ourselves and the people closest to us. As humans we thrive on connection, and you deserve fulfilling relationships and an authentic intimate life. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to address your concerns.

At the core of my practice is a commitment to inclusivity and respect for all individuals. I am strictly LGBTQIA+ affirming, and actively work to recognize and honor diverse identities and experiences. I have experience working with individuals and those in relationships addressing sexual pleasure and dysfunction, pain with sex, anorgasmia, negative body image, high or low sexual desire, sexual shame, relationship strife, sexual or romantic incompatibility, kink/BDSM, gender therapy, and participation in the adult industry.
