Hey there!

I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and balanced life, and I am dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I combine my academic foundation with the pursuit of modern research and training opportunities to ensure that the guidance I provide is rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to your unique needs.

I am the founder of Meaningful Musings PLLC. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington and received my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Washington University. I have received Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional training from the Integrative Sex Therapy Institute and am a Kink Aware/Knowledgeable Professional through the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom.

I believe that feeling truly seen, when combined with an illumination of unhelpful patterns, sensible sex/psychoeducation as needed, and a place to explore your concerns and feelings can promote growth, resilience and healing.

My mission is to empower individuals to live their lives authentically, and to support them on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.

My goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients from all walks of life, where they can feel understood and valued for who they are.

My Beliefs

I firmly believe in the power of connection and relationships. To me, these are the very essence of our existence and are integral to our overall wellbeing.

I believe that our sexuality is a fundamental aspect of who we are, and it plays a crucial role in our overall happiness and fulfillment. Unfortunately, societal norms and stigmas often lead to shame and discomfort, and I'm dedicated to helping individuals explore and embrace their sexuality free from judgment or shame.

I strongly support the LGBTQIA+ community and believe in promoting equity and acceptance for all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

A good half of the art of living is resilience
